Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Chapter Management Consultancy Ltd is committed to conducting its business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and oppose all forms of modern slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking.

As a small UK-based management consultancy, Chapter Management Consultancy Ltd is not currently required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Nevertheless, we recognise that modern slavery can occur in organisations of all sizes and across a wide range of sectors, and we are committed to taking reasonable and proportionate steps to reduce the risk of such practices occurring within our business activities and supply chains.

Our business provides consultancy, advisory and related professional services and operates primarily within the United Kingdom. We engage a limited number of suppliers, most of whom provide professional, technology or business support services. Based on the nature of our operations, we consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain to be low. However, we remain committed to conducting our affairs in a manner that promotes ethical business conduct and respect for human rights.

When selecting suppliers, contractors, consultants and business partners, we seek to work with organisations that share our commitment to lawful and responsible business practices. Where appropriate, we may consider the reputation, conduct and ethical standards of suppliers as part of our decision-making process.

Any employee, contractor, consultant, associate or other person acting on behalf of Chapter Management Consultancy Ltd is expected to conduct themselves ethically, to remain alert to potential indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking, and to raise any concerns that may arise. Any concerns reported will be considered seriously and investigated in a manner proportionate to the circumstances.

As part of our wider commitment to good corporate governance, Chapter Management Consultancy Ltd will continue to review its business practices and supplier relationships and will take reasonable steps to support the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking wherever it has the ability to do so.

This statement has been approved by the Managing Director of Chapter Management Consultancy Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
